The Control Center is where you can administer customers, orders and price lists.

After a customer has uploaded an album and placed an order an email with that order is sent to you. The Current Orders page is the page that you would be monitoring for incoming jobs.

Here you can also send emails notifying the customer that the job is ready. This can miniminse those 'Is my job ready yet?' phone calls.

Price lists are also created and administered here as well as your client's details.

PRICE LISTS

Prices for each individual print sizes can be set here and quantity discounts can be applied. Multiple pricelists can be setup for various client charging structures.

In addition to print sizes up to 3 finishing products – framing, laminating, mounting etc. can be added to each print size.

Custom price lists can be applied to specific clients or specific kinds of jobs. This is specifiied when you upload or can be changed any timeon the ALBUMS page of the Control Centre.

CURRENT ORDERS

Here you can view incoming orders. The page is automatically refreshed every five minutes.

Though you receive an email with the customer's order you can also view the order here.

You can also delete orders and send an email if there is any query about a particular job.

When you click Finalise an email is generated informing the client that the job is complete.

ALBUMS

You can monitor uploads here by album number and customer. This is particularly useful to see whether a customer is having trouble uploading as it would show an empty album.

Albums can be viewed here as well as deleted.

You can store customer files for as long as you like or delete them to free up space.
